It is fixed on the door via a lever. No drilling is required, so it won't damage the door. There are only screws for the product assembly but no damage to the doorway.

The item never arrived. Since February 4th, I have been in the same state. in place from country of origin. They never changed the status or sent a message.
This is not the right size and the product description does not describe the distance to the wall.

Wasted money!!!!
Firstly: out of the seven doors in our apartment, not a single one fit. Either the hole is very wide, or the doors are in the way, or something else is wrong. They were only able to use it on the kitchen door, and it didn’t turn out as it should - it was crooked.
First thing: I barely assembled this structure. There are no assembly instructions. The bolts are turned. The structure turns out to be somehow unstable and loose.
I really regretted buying it.
